The Dreaded "Freshman 15"

My daughter Brooke just got done with her first year in college ... and she got a 3.8GPA - woohoo Brooke! But she had put on some weight (due mostly to the nutritionally deficient food choices offered on campus).
Since she was planning on going on a vacation in Virginia Beach with her boyfriend's family, she had exactly 2 weeks to get a fabulous "beach bod". We all know how important exercise is ... but 2 weeks of hard work at the gym would just not be enough to get rid of some weight quickly ... and pure starvation is not only very hard to pull off, but VERY bad for the body ... so she decided to try the 7-day Cleanse.

After an admittedly somewhat difficult week, Brooke ended up losing 9 pounds - and she can fit into her favorite shorts. So I would say - mission accomplished. I asked Brooke what she thought about the cleanse being an option for addressing the freshman 15 and she said she thought it was a great option. Especially being that college kids are home for quite a long time over Christmas break too - so maybe after New Years they could do a cleanse, and then once again when they come home for the summer.

So if you are suffering from the freshman 15, or you know someone who is, have them try our NutriClean 7-day Cleanse. Not only is it great for a quick weight loss effort, but it also helps to control food craving in general. To find out more about the cleanse or to purchase one, click here.

  2. It definitely isn't easy, but after you complete it you feel like you can accomplish a lot of things! I think everyone should do a cleanse at least once or twice a year to get themselves back on track.
